Our connection to bees is a story that spans generations. For as long as we can remember, beekeeping has been a cherished family tradition, focused on both pollinating local crops and harvesting honey. My sister and I proudly carry on the legacy of our great-grandparents, embracing beekeeping as a way to connect with nature and care for the environment. We believe that pollinating our natural habitats is crucial for ur planet and its inhabitants.
Our honey is named after its origin, reflecting the special community and environment that makes it possible. Paradise Lake, a place of stunning natural beauty, was formed by ancient glacial activity and is spring-fed by melted ice. The area is designated as Environmentally Sensitive Land, and the community works hard to limit development, ensuring that the wild flora and fauna remain untouched.
This pristine environment allows our happy and healthy bees to thrive, pollinating the trees and wildflowers that surround the lake. It's a true partnership—our bees contribute to the environment, and in turn, the environment provides the unique nectar that creates our honey.
We collect our wild honey in small batches during the nectar flow of July and August, always leaving the September flow for the bees to store for winter. To preserve its natural goodness, our honey simply passes through a strainer to remove any beeswax or other particles. This minimal processing ensures that the enzymes and highest quality of our natural wild honey are shared with you, just as nature intended.
We are committed to sharing our love for bees and the environment, and we look forward to doing so with you for generations to come.
